TO Live Redesign

Design Methods
Wireframe Iterations & Validation
Testing early assumptions through rapid wireframing sessions with business stakeholders and real users. This helped surface the core pain points shared across venues and shaped a more unified, scalable experience for artists and audiences.
Flexibility & Customization
Designing a system that could adapt to the unique identity and content needs of each venue. By offering a broad suite of customization options, the platform became more engaging and satisfying for users while giving every venue the freedom to express its own character.
Modern Search & Filtering
Rebuilding the discovery experience so users could search, filter, and browse across diverse types of content with clarity and speed. A cohesive filter set and fully responsive design ensured that events, artists, and venues were easy to find—no matter the device.
Wireframe Phase
Wireframing played a key role in aligning with the client on the overall structure before diving into details. This process helped define the sitemap and establish a clear, intuitive URL structure ensuring both, business objectives and user needs were aligned from the start.

When searching in a wide set of categories, types of events, artists names, simplifying the search process was a crucial feature that directly impacted their front line business, selling tickets and booking events/venues.

Friendly Prediction + passive suggestions when searching were meant to speed up the search process giving the high amount of options the user may face when searching for a particular category.

Incorporating date range selection along with pre-defined options like "today" or "tomorrow" expedites search flow by swiftly narrowing down choices.

Implementing tailored filters based on TOLive's data analysis improves search accuracy, saving time and enhancing precision for users.

Layout Flexibility
Responsivenes and minimalistic design allow this website to display a structure that is customizable throught a headless CMS to innovate when creating new pages for artist, events, podcasts or stories while maintaing the asthetics and consistency in visual terms.
